6. Order confirmation

Once transaction is made, please send the payment slip via Whatsapp/Telegram to (+855) 78 917 888.

Our team will confirm your order and delivery arrangement with you after receipt of your payment slip.

• Only accept the payment slip with our company name/company’s bank account number / online payment confirmation page / the original payment receipt issued by our company. If there is no proof of payment transfer, our company will not be able to deliver the goods.
  
• Approximate delivery date and delivery arrangement will be notified via Whatsapp.
  
• Please note that TIMEVILLE acts as a role of a buying agent and retailer. If the goods are not ordered, the full amount will be refunded.
  
• There is a chance that the delivery period of the pre-ordered goods may be delayed. It depends on the inventory.
  
• The delivery charge is not included in the price. The company will arrange the delivery service under freight collection.
